Combining both horse and rider in an individual programme. Detailed information and riding lesson to get you to your chosen goal. All literature and lesson included in price. Each session is approximately 90 minutes. Photographs taken at each Ride Awareness sessions. Minimum of six sessions.

LESSONS ON FILM
Have your regular lesson anytime, anyplace, anywhere! After your initial Assessment Lesson you will be given typed instructional lessons to follow. Film the lesson, then post to me. Copy it to disc, video or memory card. You will receive on your next lesson notes and comments and a new lesson ready for you to ride in time convenient to you and your horse.
Riding with Freedom - Private 30 mins, £10.00
RIDING WITH FREEDOM
Focusing on the rider. Good for all levels of ability. Helps to combat anxiety and nerves. 30 minutes on releasing tension allowing freedom of movement while riding. Riding with Freedom developed by Julie M Gosney BHSAI, sports psychology dip.

RIDER ANALYSIS
‘See’ your riding position before you ride your horse. Placed on your own saddle on a ‘wooden horse’ and with the aid of a camera see your current riding position. Then be helped into your best position without bothering your horse.
NEW Performance Analysis - each session £20.00
PERFORMANCE ANAYLSIS
With the aid of a computer programme, film your lesson and analyse your current riding and your horses schooling ability. Session approx. 40 mins school work and 20 mins performance analysis.
